STM32 Internal RTC Configuration via Edit Project

Configuring/enabling the STM32 internal RTC function is a little convoluted and does not seem to play well with debug. I'd like to be able to enable and configure the internal RTC via options in the IDE Edit Project window.

Hi,

Thank you for proposing this, but I think that the RTC library in the compiler would be a better solution.
