MikroC VTFT Project Code Generation Deletes User Code?

Hi All,
I keep having issues when transitioning back and forth between VTFT GUI editor and the MikroC compiler that random elements of my main code get deleted when VTFT generates its new code and merges.

Sometimes the discrepancy gets picked up and requests the differences in code to be manually merged, other times it doesn't and just deletes random parts of my code and I have to go find out why my code isn't working anymore.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm using version 6.2.0.

This has happened in two different projects I am working on.
So far, it seems to only delete from the main function.

Appreciate any help!
