How to modify existing library?

I am new to library developing and want to know how to start? I am using MicroC pro compiler.
Does anyone can give me some hint?

Hi,

You can start by reading THIS page, you can read for some basics on how to start there.

Also, software, called Package Manager, is used to create packaged libraries, which can be shared / installed on different computers, running our compilers. There is a help file inside of the Package Manager software, which explains how to make your own library package.
