Bootloader for PIC32 Pascal

A Bootloader implementation in 1 byte structure would be nice!
So the user have to program 3 simple and quick routines, which are used by the system:
-Init_Hardware
-Send_Byte
-Receive_Byte

So the used hardware can be, SPI, USART, Ethernet, USB.....

Additional, a small Windows PC program for COM would be fantastic.

Do you planning something like that?

Has anyone considered the possibility of an SD card bootloader? A procedure that you call with the file name of the HEX file on the FAT SD card as an argument?
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.
