Constants in units

I broke the several pages of constant declarations out into a unit for ease of editing, and an odd thing happened. When I went to build, the compiler found the constants, but they're still underlined in the editor as if they're not recognized. This is only an annoyance, but should be fixed.
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.
