SPI ethernet 28j60 basic program

PLEASE help me. I want to send from PIC32MX460F512 via SPI ethernet 28j60 message to device on ip adress 192.168.0.2. and port 5024 message. its a DC power source Keythley N57xx in telnet mode. For example string : OUTPut:STATe ON. PIC should be like a client and must start the comunication first.
I try all available ethernet 28j60 librarias but without any effects.
PLEASE help me. Send me somebody easy example when tcp client open port and send a message.
I have worked on this issue about month and without success.
