PIC32MX550F256L USB problem

Hello, i have faced a problem that PIC32MX550F256L controller can't communicate with PC through USB.
I am using MikroC PRO for PIC32 compiller, standard integrated USB HID library and a PC running Windows OS.
When i connect microcontroller board with a PC, Windows issues USB device connection sount but after this throws message that device is unrecognised.
I have used USB HID library with PIC24 microcontroller before without any problems.
Yesterday i have read PIC32MX550F256L Errata and have found that this microcontroller will not work in Low Speed mode. But it should work in Full Speed mode.
So my first question is if MikroC libraries configures microcontroller in Low Speed or Full Speed mode? Depending on the answer i will now what steps to take next: check PCB layout, clock configuration etc.

Nobody from Mikroelektronika team knows the answer?
