MINI32-MZ board pinout

#1 Post by well.techn » 27 Feb 2019 17:02

Hi there

As an owner of MINI32MZ board have a question which puzzles me from the very beginning - what is the logic of pin names provided in the manual?
For example:
  • pins RD4 RD5 are shown as UART0 while there is no such UART# neither in the device no in compiler. Moreover the only UART which can be mapped to the pins is UART2;
  • pins RF4 RF5 are shown as I2C while it could be only I2C5;
  • pins which are marked as SPI1 cannot be mapped with SPI1 - only with SPI2 (due to the fact that RG6 - SCK is fixed as SCK2 and cannot be remapped) etc.
So just as idea - if you provide pins names in such manner would be really cool to give them names in more precise manner otherwise this is just one more point of confusion which could be easily avoided.
