SPI support for ILI9341

[TA154H]

Hello ME Team,

there are many cheap TFT boards to buy with ILI9341 controller, but with SPI connector.
Visual TFT supports this controller, but only in 8 bit and 16 bit.
My wish is to expand the library for easy connection of the ILI9341 controller in spi mode

PLease can you add the SPI feature for the ILI9341 chipset.

The TFT-Proto board that you sell has this feature and your Visual-TFT Program does not have it.

The ILI9341 driver is included in the compiler's library and supported by the Visual TFT.
