SSD1289 suport

Why not support the displays that Microchip supports? The interface to the SSD1289 is the same as the HX8347-D

physical connection is the same, but it has fully different register table - custom initialization method is required as in HX8347-A

but there is an another problem: addressing is different too, and mikroe gives no way to define custom addressing yet

so we should wait for additional functions / support from mikroe...
