TFT Display Datasheet Question

Hey guys, I am reading through the Datasheet for a TFT display and am confused. The Datasheet provides a power up and down sequence but the input voltages it references are listed no where else in the Datasheet. I have attached pictures of the pin definitions and the power up/down sequence. I am assuming VSP is positive supply voltage and VSN is negative supply voltage since the display takes a -5V and 5V signal. Then that would mean that VDDI should be IOVCC?

Which TFT driver are you referring to exactly ?
