Visual TFT 2.0 Not Working in Windows 7!

Visual TFT 2.0 Not Working in Windows 7!

Hello,

I've just downloaded Build 2.0 of VisualTFT and upon executing it after installation, its giving me the following error:

Which means visualtft 2.0 is not working on windows 7 at all! :roll:

Hello,

about half of our testing machines are on Windows 7 (both 32 and 64 bit versions),
and we haven't encountered this behavior. Have you tried uninstalling it and installing it again?
Have you tried turning off User Account Control (just to to see if you still get this error)?
Also you might try running VisualTFT.exe with Run as Administrator option.
Let me know if any of this stuff worked.

Try uninstalling visualTFT on your windows 7 and try to install again. I think you were working with another version that is why its working for you. If you download direct from visualtft.com, it wont work for you as well.

hi,
maybe you can try to download it again. maybe the file was corrupt during download ... I have win7 premium SP1 in my laptop and that work... I dont know if that work fine all the time because no time to test it for the moment but at least the software start and i can load some GUI i already done without any crash or error message box...

I am using Visual TFT 2.0 on a windows 7 x64 machine with no problems so far. Sounds like a bad install to me. Uninstall the old files, for good measure reboot, download a fresh new copy and then reinstall.

It truly worked on my laptop. But i have no clue why it didn't work on my desktop. This must be another issue with my PC. Thanks for all your helps. :mrgreen:
