Please allow .inc files as other library files.

Hi, it would be nice if, next to some other types of files (.mcl and .mpas), also include files (".inc" extension) could be added to the "other library files" section of a library. I am speaking for mikroPascal of course. I do not know it this type of remark is also valid for mB or mC users.
