v2.3: wrong packages opened with "Open Recent Packages"

Hi, it happen frequently (not always) that wrong packages are opened if a package is selected from the "Open Recent Packages" list. :shock:
It seems more like a random selection from the list that is opened.

Not well tested guys!

Hello Dany,

We have tried to reproduce this behavior but couldn't.
Please if you can send me .ini files from installation folder of Package Manager, so we can try to reproduce this.
