v1.50 Package Manager when re-installing packages.

Hi, it seems to be that one has to uninstall a package (in the compiler's library manager) before installing it again (e.g. after changing a package) with the PM, otherwise residues of the previous package contents can stay in the .mcl files.

It would be very nice if the PM could do that automatically.
