No target devices in list to select from

No target devices in list to select from

Hi,
When I try to select my target device the list is empty.

The rebuild Def buttons make no difference.

I have downloaded packageManager and reinstalled it with no effect.

Is there a path to the Def directory that needs to be set?

I am using micropascal for pic32.
