Do you use one of the processors for which this library was written?

Hello,

I tried to do the same thing and there seems to be no issues, as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Notice that the installed library shows at the very bottom.

Try to download the latest Package Manager
http://www.mikroe.com/package-manager/

When you install the library click on the refresh and rebuild buttons that are circled in red on the attached image.

Be sure to check the chip in the package installer that you want to use.

Also the chip selection in the compiler is important because the library won't show if the chip is not supported by the library.

Best regards,
Aleksa.

Thanx both

libraries are device depended ! that was my mistake !

i had the impression, because package manager has the option "Rebuild all def files", that he does rebuilt the lib for all missing devices !

I have just tried to install the Fat32 library for a project using 18f45k22 and have done all the above but I still do not see it in the library manager.

I presume that I can use this library with above said PIC.
Can someone verify that.

Dave

Hi,

Unfortunately, the newest version of FAT32 library doesn't support PIC18F45K22,
because PIC18F45K22 doesn't have enough data memory for it.

But you can try to work with older version of the FAT32 Library, e.g. 2.5.0.0,
you can download it from the link bellow:

http://libstock.mikroe.com/projects/vie ... r-versions

Best regards,
Lana
