Wishes for post v2.70

1. Add Text Align to Label or create 'Text' component with Text Align.
2. Add Option to compile fixed-width font as a fixed width.
3. Slider Bar Component.
4. Color selection for monochrome display buttons.
5. Input means for external mechanical buttons.
6. Rotate Properties (0°,90°,180°,270°) [probably too demanding, but it would be nice].

Bug Fixes.
Un-Enabled Touch Panel: No need for A/D channels or Drive A and B.
One Pixel Space Width checkbox: Does not seem to do anything.
With a fixed width font, Computer simulation always shows full width space.
With a fixed width font, Actual display output always shows one pixel width space.
T6963C selection defaults back to KS0108.
