Please have some controls for reporting information

With the exception of Progress Bar most of the controls seem very geared to user input, it seems possible to use a radiobutton as an indicator but the interface seems clunky.

It would be nice to have a number-in-a-box "value" control with a function to set the number. I don't think I can get the effect using a Label but I could try? Also if the radio button had an "Update" function it would help.
