USB to SPI click module is not detecting as Comport

HI All,

I am Interfacing USB to SPI click board to MSP430F2418, using of SPI terminal sending CMD's to MSp430F2418 controller and CMd's are receiving properly but response is not storing in SPI terminal,

I observed after connecting USB to SPI board on PC its connecting as HID not comport, is there any way to connect USB to SPI board as a comport, i am suspecting due to of HID its not receiving data from controller, firmware is working fine i tested with without usb to spi converter.

now I am trying to send data to Controller via usb to spi board using terminal(real term) but after connecting module its not showing comport.

kindly help me, how usb to spi module will detect as comport on my PC.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot use USB SPI click module if you want to send data via comport.
You can use only SPI Terminal as you read on the website -> USB SPI Click communicates with target board via SPI interface as a master device.
