I'm using dspic33 mikroelectronica evolution board. I'm trying to make an Mp3 player.

Hi,

Which exact board do you use?

You can check example located where your compiler is installed:
...\Mikroelektronika\mikroC PRO for dsPIC\Examples\Development Systems\EasyPIC Fusion v7\dsPIC33FJ256GP710A\MP3
