It's (up to 100$) or (under 100$). They both have the same meaning.

I think this is a great offer from MikroElektronika because now we can save 16$ on each small delivery.

To use the shipping cost of 9$, not only your purchase cost should be under 100$, but also the weight of your products should be less than 0.5kg.
I think the products you are buying are cheap, but heavy!

Try to proceed in buying a single Click board (All click boards are light weighted) just to check, and see the cost of shipping in the page of purchase.
I think it will be 9$.

By the way, you can know a number of products that are under 0.5kg in weight from my previous reply in this topic.

This is not a special offer, this is a permanent thing!
The deal goes like this: $9 shipping cost for all orders under $100, and this is particularly important: weighing up to 0.5 kg!
So, in case the package is over 0.5kg, even if it costs $30 the shipping will be $25.

This is the third time I order something at MikroE.
Always have to wait more than a week.

MikroE might be fast, DHL might be fast, Customs might be slow, I don't know.
I live in Belgium, this is even not Antarctica.
