Popular Nordic RF modules are now on two new click boards - nRF C click and nRF T click
nRF Click™ boards are add-on boards in mikroBUS™ form factor. They feature Nordic nRF24L01P 2.4 GHz
transceiver module with an embedded baseband protocol engine. Two versions are available: one with
2.4 GHz PCB trace antenna and another with chip antenna. The board supports an air data rate of 250 Kbps,
1 Mbps and 2 Mbps and it is suitable for ultra low power designs. Typical applications include wireless
PC peripherals, remotes, VoIP headsets, game controllers, sensors, home and commercial automation,
active RFID, toys, etc. nRF C Click™ communicates with target board microcontroller via mikroBUS™
SPI (SDI, SDO, SCK, CS#), CE and INT lines. The board is designed to use 3.3V power supply only.
Examples shows how easy is to make a wireless data acquisition device using EasyPIC Fusion v7
development board, mikromedia for PIC24EP, two nRF clicks and mikroBUS shield. Analog reading
is done on EasyPIC Fusion v7 and data is wirelessly sent to mikromedia board which displays it in
a convenient graphic voltmeter.
