We are happy to present you with the new hardware revision 1.10 of our mikromedia for PIC32.
We have done some major interventions in design and functionality.
We have replaced stereo audio codec with stereo mp3 codec - VS1053 -
which is capable of decoding MP3/WMA/AAC/eAAC+/Ogg Vorbis/WAV files from your MMC card.
We did some tweaking of the board, to make it compatible with new shields. We reorganized part of the pinout.
We have leveled the audio and miniUSB connectors with the board,
and added the convenient frontal reset button. New on-board Battery charger
and Accelerometer will expand the board's potential a great deal,
so we can't wait to see what cool applications you are going to build next.
Board comes with fancy color user manuals and examples,
which can be of great help when you are starting your development
Board comes preprogrammed with fast USB Bootloader,
so you won't have to spend a dollar more on external programmers.
All of you who wish can also program the board using available mikroProg connector.
