enable/disable HID Keyboard project. Hardware question

My HID keyboard project works fine. I was wondering if anybody knows how to make it disappear to Windows, Android, IOS,etc. without unplugging it? And to make it reappear as well?

Actually, any OS that uses onscreen keyboards. Android, for instance disables the onscreen kb when mine is present. But sometimes I would like to use it without unplugging mine.

That's a pretty obscure question, I Know. Powering it down isn't an option as I need to communicate with it via bluetooth when I want it to disappear and reappear.
