Need Help

Greetings, Mc Daniel here.

I m new to Microcontroller programming need some advice on;
1. How to declare pins as input or output
2. Read info from and external source into the Microcontroller (Pic16F877a)
3. Read multiple parameters into the microcontroller and implement conditions on them
