Need Help with Code Structure

Greetings my name is Mc Daniel

i new to Micro-Controller programming and i need help with coding a Pic16F877a. I need the structure for declaring a port as input or Output and been able to read output from lets say;
1. the output from an AND gate into the Microcontroller.
2. the output from LM35

Then implement some conditions based on the two inputs from the LM35 and an AND gate and out one output through a set pin in the microcontroller.
