Powering the Speak up board

#1 Post by scionmiami » 06 Jul 2016 15:54

I am using the Speak Up board in a mobile project and it works quite well. The question I have is very basic. Other than USB powering of the board, is there another safe way of bringing in battery power (3.3V) through any of the ports, or only through the USB connector and is there a specific pinout?
Thanks,
scionmiami

Hi scionmiami,

Welcome to the MikroE forum.

You can bring battery power on appropriate 3.3V pin on mikroBUS socket,
or on 1x8 pin headers, but don't forget to connect GND also.

Best regards,
Lana
