ETH Clickboard with POE support

Hi together,

Is there a possibility for the future of an ethernet click board with poe support?

My idea was to use this poe-ethernet click board to power a pic clicker or a clicker 2 board with energy for an autonomous measurement board. After the USB download, different sensors could be hocked up on the clicker port and work as small ethernet-server for the HMI system. So this could work as a simple, dedicated sensor connected and powered with only one cable.

maybe this could be realised with an additional cable between the usb-port of the pic clicker and the new designed poe-ethernet clicker to establish the power transmission.

Hi Jochen,

Unfortunately we didn't have in plan ETH click whit POE support.

But this is quite interested idea. I will forward this to our Development team to consider this idea.
