Very bad support!!!!!!

#1 Post by ahmed.ganainy » 03 Dec 2013 13:17

I don't why you have this extremely unacceptable support...
how many times and hours should i wait for online support...
I mentioned that i want to purchase some stuff from your store.
the story.
I place an order with the below:
Image
and
Image

the bank deducted the money and told me it is already approved
I asked many times how can i solve this issue or how can i purchase from you site.
I am using VISA from SABB in saudi arabia which is HSBC outside saudi arabia.
I don't care about the money lost already as it is small amount "thanks god".
Tell me why i am receiving such issue.
I used my card already 100s of times without any problems.

Dear Ahmed,

Thank you for your email.
The 2checkout company is processing credit card payments for us.
This problem usually occurs when the bank is taking longer time to respond to their (2CO's)
request for the payment. The bank then reserves the money but 2CO has already declined it.
Please contact 2CO (https://support.2co.com/deskpro/) with this problem. They would
need some additional information from you such as the time when you attempted to purchase the order,
the fist 4 and last 4 digits of your credit card and the name of your bank.
If you need any further assistance please do let me know. I'd be happy to help!

Kind Regards,

Dragana Mladenovic

Hello,

2CheckOut - "Failed to authorize: do not honor"

Try to renew Your IP address, there is chance that IP is blacklisted on some time period.

This error means that 2Checkout system cannot process your payment using your card. Do not attempt to use your card too many times in short period, it will only block your IP in 2Checkout system.

This is 2CO security policy and this problem exist on many web sites over Internet.

Best regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,
would it be nice, this chap wrote another e-mail and thanked you for the help you have given him! Such is life.

Hi,

I forgot to say, also you need to clear cookies in Internet browser.

Renew IP Address (public IP address on router) + clear Internet browser cookies.

Are you telling me that tpeter is you, Petar Timotijevic?!?
WOW! ... I remember seeing tpeter was replying to lots and lots of posts and being quite an active member in the forum.
I'm very glad to see that we didn't lose him :D
Keep up the amazing work Petar! You too Megahurts!
By the way Petar, I do like your work, but your memory ... not so much :(
It's basically because you forgot to attach a photo of the large fish you managed to catch a while ago

Hi Magic,

Yes.

I can send you photo of fish on email. I did not forget, but it is not good to mix water sports and electronics, this can cause side effects. :)

Peter

I see what you mean Petar and I agree with it.
Still, I'd like to have a look at your catch. So if you may, and I hope this isn't a lot to ask, please PM or email the photo to me.
One last thing, is it Peter or Petar? :?

I do have some quick questions Peter. (if you might know the answer)

#1. Does this "locked out" condition persist long term?
Try to renew Your IP address, there is chance that IP is blacklisted on some time period.
Any idea how long this period is?

#2. I really don't want to clear 'all' of my browser cookies, can you provide a run down of those I (everyone) should look for?
From who I guess is the point, only theirs or theirs and yours or any service(s) between us and the purchase order to you guys?

I do not recall how long ago this happened and had two methods to make my purchases and just switched methods to get the order completed.
I may have done one or two orders since the problem occurred and the mE cart stayed on last preference (alternative).

If I recall rightly, I would prefer the method that experienced the problem or get the option to choose which to use working again.

Thanks again for letting us know about this. I second MaGiK's expression of glad you are part of the team (and still) .
(TY to MaGiK 2)

Now only if my 'memory' can remember this tidbit of important info long enough for recalling next time it happens. :D

No prob. It is Petar, english Peter. :)
Megahurts wrote:#1. Does this "locked out" condition persist long term? Any idea how long this period is?
That depends from company policy and admin configuration based on their current network servers status and statistics, from few hours to few days, for some addresses permanently.

This depends from Internet browser capabilities, for example in FireFox you can delete individual cookies (Options, Privacy, Remove individual cookies). Clear cookies of all involved services.

Peter
