Problems faced in PIC16F877A

I have to use one switch,when i will press this switch then CCP1 PWM should be initiated with duty cycle 60% and when we will again press the same switch then it will get stop the CCP1. Also, the PWM at CCP1 will be of around 15Khz will be come for 1 minute and then stops for 30 seconds and then again it comes for 1 minute and so on till the same switch is pressed again.

So, please provide me the solution for this at the earliest. The sample program which i am using to initiate the PWM is as attached.
