OrgAll on a per file basis

OrgAll on a per file basis

I would be really nice if there was a way of setting the base address for a group of functions.

What I propose would be Similar to how OrgAll works now but insted of moveing all the code it would only move the code within a certian block or even all code in the current file, while leaveing other files (or blocks) free to be OrgAll'ed to other address.

I understand this might be a huge task for the linker... But is it considerable?
