Soft_Usart_Init bug fix

Can the soft_usart_init allow multiple serial ports to be defined so that a selection of soft_usarts is available on different ports/pins even though understandably there will only be one serial port active at any one time due to timing/buffering constraints. In effect a pure serial port switch like in the good old days where non-selected ports were ignored.
