Conversion of MikroPascal code to MikroC code!!

Hello People,

I found a code for RPM calculation in the User Projects section, and that code is totally in MikroPascal.
I am having problem in understanding the code because I have been working on MikroC all these years and I have a project submission in way.
I need help in finding a way to understand the MikroPascal for PIC language or the functions used in the code or a converting tool which can convert the code and obtain a MikroC code.

Please help me with this issue, it would be of great help and it can also help me give a kick start to my project.
My Hardware and Complier: PIC18f458, EasyPIC 6, MikroC 8.1
