StartUSB as simple buttons and LEDs

I'm using StartUSB board to build simple buttons and LEDs HID
I tried using PIC C and FlowCode 4 but i still get writeFile error from the host side
FlowCode HID control as KeyBoard also as mouse and still the same
the host program works fine on my CCS USB dev. board!!
any idea ????
