My "RC light" controller is based on an 12F629 or similar and drives the leds without any amplifier. Very few components. You can control the lights with one free channel on your radio.

I can send you the schematics and code if you want.
Hi sonnyk,

yes i want  - it's a good idear... In my first version with flasing LED's
and a double Headlight (1W Luxeon LED on 25%), i use also the little
12F629-I/P 8-PIN mcu:

The given XTAL is a 4 Mhz. Resonator. For the next project, i want to use
an 18F2680 or equal (28-PIN), alternative an 18F1320 because they have
more Flash and Ram.
so long,

Using: EasyPIC4 HW. Rev. 1.03, LCD- & GLCD Display, NetWork and SD/MMC Adapter,
reg. MikroC Pro for PIC 2009, PIC 16F877A, 18F452 and 18F4685 with 8/20 MHz Xtal.

Nice :)

How do you control it? do you also use a free channel for this?

[EDIT] Ooh, I can see now that you don't have a spare port for control

Very similar to my gizmo ;)

Hi Sonnyk,

not at this time - later i want to implement a control via RC to switch
some functions.

Hi, an example of using more than one DS1820 on the same one wire bus has been added, see http://www.mikroe.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... c&start=66 :D
Kind regards, Dany.
