Hi,
Suddenly i cannot download .hex code to PIC18F46K22. The PIC is still running the last code downloaded to it.
When I tried to download, the pop up menu mentioned "detect unknown device" and if i click continue it ends up with "error" message.is it because the PIC has permanently broken?. or i have some faulty codes, or compiler /down loader programs malfunction/error? or would it be a problem with EASYPIC7?.
Is there any special tricks to make it(PIC) works again?
Many thanks

Hello Saharul
A couple of questions:
1- Are you sure that you've chosen the correct PIC from the drop-down list in the (MikroProg suite for PIC) software?
2- Do you have a different chip of the same PIC number that you can try? Or is this the only one available?
3- Are you sure that the on-board jumpers are set correctly for this PIC? A picture would be very nice if you wanted me to check it out myself
Let's make this work!
Best Regards

Hi,
Can you please try to setup your board like on the picture in attachment.
Also I'm sending you a .hex file which you can use.
This is a LED blinking example, and I used 8MHz oscillator on EasyPIC v7 board.
Best regards,
Aleksandar
