Clicker2 for PIC24 Board Voltage Error

My team and I are using are trying to program the Clicker2 for PIC24 development board using the MikroProg Suite for PIC in combination with the MikroProg device for PIC, dsPIC, and PIC32. We keep receiving the error message “Board voltage error (0.30 volts)”. This is our first time using MIKROE products and we have noticed this seems to be a common error for this product, but could not find any solutions in the forum. When attempting to upload code through the MikroProg, we have tried selecting “Power target MCU from Programmer” and reading the voltage on the board. When we set the voltage to 3.3 volts, we read a voltage of 3.23 volts. Then, when we went to upload our HEX file, we received the above low voltage error message. We also tried deselecting “Power target MCU from Programmer” and powering the board through a LI-POLYMER BATTERY 3.7V we purchased through your site. Again, when we set the voltage to 3.3V we read a voltage of 3.23 volts but receive a low voltage error message when we try to upload our code. The only other device we have connected to the USB hub is a dongle for a mouse, which we don’t think is interfering. We are using a PC running Windows 11 Pro. The Clicker 2 and MikroProg devices are new. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

An update on our project:
We made sure to install the MikroProg Suite drivers as an administrator and are able to select the MikroProg USB device within the MikroProg Suite when we are trying to program the MCU. I've attached screenshots of the device manager and MikroProg below. We are still getting the low voltage error message and wih our project deadline coming up, would greatly appreciate any pointers. Thanks!

Hi,

Your mikroProg seems to be working well.
It is recognized by your PC and the Firmware version is the newest.

Did you bring a power supply to your Clicker 2 for PIC24 separately from mikroProg (using USB or Battery port)?

If you are trying to bring a power supply from your programmer device,
you should select this checkbox:

We have tried powering the Clicker 2 through the mikroProg by selecting that checkbox. We also tried powering the Clicker 2 through a battery by deselecting that checkbox and connecting a battery to the battery port. The battery is a 3.7 V Li-Polymer battery we bought through the mikroelektronika site. Both times, when we turned the Clicker 2 on, the LEDs lit up to show it was on and we were able to read a voltage on the board using the read voltage feature in mikroProg Suite. When we had the voltage set to 2.7 V, we read a voltage only slightly below that value but we still get a low voltage error when we try to upload out hex file.
