EasyPIC Fusion V7 voltages

HI

I am trying to run the on board debugger and when I switch the DIP switch to on, RB2 which is set as an input is only getting 1.7vDC.

The board is powered by USB and I can measure 5V at FP1.

I am using a PIC32MX795F512L microprocessor.

When i measure VCC I only get 3.3v so assume that this is correct.

Is there a way of Overriding the value that is read in the debugging software I have tried just changing the value in the watcher screen but this reverts.

Any help would be appreciated.
