Re: EASYPIC V5
Hi,
We have stopped supporting EasyPIC 5 for some time now, so we do not have the drivers and the applications used for it.
You can try using some Internet Archive website to try and find the downloads that you need.
Regards,
Ivan.

Re: EASYPIC V5
Hello,
Exactly yesterday evening I installed a demo of the latest version of Mikrobasic, Picflash and the included drivers for Win10 (64-bit in my case). I also have a Easypic v5 which worked like a charm. Didn't have any issue with this. I was playing with a 12F615 which drives me crazy with the PWM settings but this is another story...
I'm maybe wrong but to have a working Easypic5 you only need to install the drivers on the PC

Re: EASYPIC V5
Hi,
You need the drivers so your PC can connect to the board and you need PICFlash so you can program the MCU on the EasyPIC v5 board.
If you can not find the drivers try the solution from the forum from the link below:

Re: EASYPIC V5
I have the same problem. Once upon a time I bought a EasyPic5. Now I decided to connect my grandson to my former hobby. But there's a problem. As far as I understand, the programmer does not work, I suspect that its firmware has been erased in 20 years. Is there an option to flip it? Or is it already possible to throw away? I run EasyPIC 5 on Windows 8. EasyPic installed from the original CD.

Re: EASYPIC V5
Hi,
We do not support EasyPIC V5 anymore so I do not have the firmware for it.
Try using MikroProg suite for PIC and see if you can see if the programmer still has any FW in it.
Can not guarantee that this will work though.
When you open the MikroProg suite for PIC, if a connection is established you will see a red USB icon at the bottom of the application window.

Re: EASYPIC V5
Thank you for your reply. But I decided to go the other way.. I have the PICkit 3 and EasyPIC5 is a great thing. I want to unite them. If you closed the Easy5, is there an opportunity to get a schematic diagram or connection scheme of it?
Best regards/

Re: EASYPIC V5
If the manufacturer doesn't offer support for Windows 10, you can look for third-party software compatible with easypic 5 and Windows 10.
Re: EASYPIC V5
The easiest way to work with the MPLAB IDE and MPLAB IPE in the Windows 10 operating system is to solder a five-wire plug to the EasyPIC5 to connect it to the Pickit3. This is done in five minutes, since all the panels on the EasyPic5 are connected in parallel
