NB IoT 2 click not powering On.

Hi, I just bought NB IoT 2 click and cannot power it On. I went through the user guide of the module it clearly says that the power button should be pressed for more than 500 milliseconds. Though I did the same, I was unable to get the module on neither the connect led is on nor was able to detect by the computer in the device manager.

I discovered that the power button was shorted with the ground pin through a 0-ohm resistor. I also unsoldered that o-ohm and checked it did not turn on. I have also installed the drivers it still doesn't turn on.

Please help me through this issue
