Urgent.. MMB for PIC32MX7 ISSUE.....

I Have some issues downloading the program to the MMB sometimes it works and sometimes not,but an error has occurred
with ICD 3 programmer it was working properly and suddenly the following error showed up :

ICD3Err0035: Failed to get Device ID. If you experience
persistent problems communicating, the ICD 3 test interface
can be used to help diagnose the problem.

What can I do to solve this problem asap and thank you.

Actually it appears every time and all the time.

I have another pic32mx7 I have tried it only once and its okay using the same steps for the damaged one, but again I have tried it only once because am afraid that the same issue will happen to it again.
