DSPIC33EP512MU810 UART COMMUNICATION IT DOES NOT WORK

I am using the DSPIC33EP512MU810 to perform UART communication but the Micro does not respond, the communication is not activated, could you share an example with me.
For me, the information provided by the library is not clear and I don't understand what else should be configured to make UART communication possible.

there are no examples for the DSPIC33EP512MU810 with the serial port. It does not work in any way, I have already configured the registers in various ways and even so the serial port does not work.
Because it does not work? I've been waiting 10 days for a response from the support area and nothing.....
