Is this how the forum page should look like ?

Sometimes it's hard to get rid of expanded (for no apparent reason) footer.

That's not the point. I can get rid of the footer, but it should not expand by itself and force me to do that. And the forum data stripe following page scrolling is also a nuisance.

Thanks for fixing (literally ) the floating forum menu . If also the main menu wasn't so blindingly fast that even fast mouse move over it causes a screen flash...
