Trouble contacting MikroE

I have trouble to get in contact with a MikroC team. I have sent two emails in the last three weeks, one in serbian sent via online contact form, and another in english sent directly to an MikroE office email address. Still haven't recieved any reply.
Today I have tried to reach you over the phone, but I got a message that number is not in use. I have tried to call both office and technical support number, with regular and mobile phone.
Is there some troubles with your phones, and what is best way to contact you?

Yes, I have called that numbers around 1 pm, but wasn't able to contact you.
