Support Ticket

Hello, I issued a "Ticket", but I don't know how to find it. Can you please tell us where/how to find the Support Tickets?

Hi Richard,

You need to log in to the ticket system, click on the tab "Tickets" on our Help desk and you will have the tickets on the left side?

I have already reply on you tickets.
Can you try to login and check your tickets?

Thank you Aleksandar. I thought I was already logged in; I was logged into the Forum, but not the Help Desk.
I see that I had to log in with them to view my tickets. That's the reason I couldn't find them.
