18F4550 working with bootloader only

Hi Guys
Everything working great thanks to you guys but I want to remove the boot loader but when I load the program with out the boot loader it runs ok but the PC doesn't see the pic with out the boot loader loaded first.
Should the USB still work with out the boot loader
Any idea's why this is.

Hi,

Unfortunately, without bootloader, PC would not recognize PIC.

If you don't want to use bootloader, you need to use programmer.

You can use mikroProg for PIC:
