tired of waiting for products to ship

Order #1392415573 has been a full week and not yet shipped, I sent a request about it trying to find out the reason using the contact form with no reply, tried to communicate using live chat and got this "The representative has left the conversation. If you have further questions please leave a message. Thank you!" , now I just want my order cancelled and my money returned

yep, contacted but still no resolution and ME is still going to hold onto my $433 USD I am officially done with this company and will take legal action if my money is not refunded to me.

I am opening a dispute with paypal if I am not contacted in the next 24 hours, I know this message is being sent well within your business hours and I will post this to as many place as I can to make sure you see this notice in a reasonable timeframe
