Wireless module for image acquisition

I want to do a project that transmit images from PIC32 to PC wirelessly. Is there any type of wireless module that can transmit images in real-time and a little bit fast?

Well, there are various wireless communication modules present, but sending images from MCU to PC seems to be a consuming job
because the wireless modules are limited by the data transfer speed from the MCU to the wireless module (UART speed, SPI speed, for example),
which can affect the data transfer in great measure, as the images tend to be long arrays.

I am a beginner of this area.And i want to know that if it possible to do that image acquisition using a TWAIN image library add-on which offers the capacity to customize the TWAIN image acquisition process, we also allow programmers to conduct a system default scanning application if they just want achieve C# TWAIN basic image scanning process.
