UART Function

Hi,

Please consider to have TIMEOUT capability for the Delimiter, when exit because of time out, error flag should be "1".

Also do not dump the data if it's not meeting the Delimiter, we might wanted to see the data, if does not match Delimiter, error flag will be set, user will not process it.
